Shipping & Delivery Policy

📦 Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–7 business days.

  • We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.


📮 Shipping Issues

  • Once your order has been handed to the carrier, delivery delays are outside our control.

  • If your tracking states “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please contact the carrier first to open an investigation.

  • Ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

    • We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


📷 Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us as soon as possible.

Email us with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item (if applicable)

We’ll assist you in arranging a replacement or filing a claim with the carrier.
